Who We Are

Paul May, Director of College Placement & Transition

As an educator in higher education for more than 13 years, Mr. May is passionate about helping students find their “best fit” school in order for them to be successful throughout their college experience and beyond. Mr. May joins us from The Farm Baseball Performance Institute where he helped in creating a College Counseling department. In this role he worked with student-athletes along the path to the right fit college or university. He was able to review over academic performance, create a college list, evaluate college essays, prepare students for the admissions interviews, and give guidance for athletic recruitment. Over the past decade he has worked with over 500 colleges and universities throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States to develop their own recruiting pools to build successful incoming classes.

In an ever-changing market with dynamic trends, Mr. May is driven to partner with individual college-bound alumni, empowering them to find the school that is best suited for them - hitting all criteria: academic, athletic, cultural, geographic and even financial needs. He remains eager to work with the families, students, and Nativity community.

Mr. May lives with his wife, Allison, and their two daughters in Maynard, MA. He enjoys coaching and playing football, volunteering and giving back to his local community, as well as spending time hiking and finding adventure within the great outdoors.
