Paraeducator Job

The Paraeducator is a mission-driven, student-centered team member who supports teaching and learning across grades 5–8 in general education classrooms. Working closely with lead teachers and student support staff, the Paraeducator helps create an engaging, structured, and inclusive learning environment; provides small-group and 1:1 academic support; assists with classroom routines and materials; contributes to students’ social-emotional growth and the school’s community life; and proctures lunch, recess, and afterschool program duties.

Math Department Head Teacher

The Math Department Head serves as the primary Math teacher for 3-4 sections of math across grade levels 6-8. In addition to providing direct classroom instruction, the teacher serves as a mentor to the Teaching Fellows in the Math department, and is an essential point of contact with families. The teacher strives to create an environment where students can achieve to their highest potential, as measured by demonstrable academic and social gains.

History Teacher

The History Teacher serves as the primary History teacher for multiple grade levels (grades 6-8). In addition to providing direct classroom instruction, the teacher serves as a leader and mentor to the Teaching Fellows on the History team, and is an essential point of contact with families. This teacher position is responsible for creating an environment in which students can achieve their highest potential, as demonstrated by measurable academic and social growth.

Director of College Placement & Post-Secondary Support

 

The Director of College Placement and Post-Secondary Support is a one-year salaried, administrative position for the 2026-2027 school year. The Director is responsible for working as part of the Graduate Support team to provide support services for graduates of Nativity Worcester in the 10th, 11th,  and 12th grades as well as graduates in the college and post-secondary age group. The Director of College Placement and Post-Secondary Support will ensure their success in the college and financial aid application process, alternative pathways to college, and beyond.
