Erin graduated from College of the Holy Cross with a major in History and a minor in Education in 2016. She was a captain of the Holy Cross Equestrian Team and completed her student teaching at Burncoat Middle School. She was a part of the Nativity community as a teaching fellow from 2016 to 2018. During that time, she served as a 5th and 6th grade teacher, a basketball coach, and the PTA Liaison. She also got her masters from Assumption University in Special Education. After her fellowship, she got a job teaching 4th grade social studies and science at Learning First Charter Public School. Erin continued to remain an active member of the Nativity community, attending events, helping with fellowship reunions, etc. In 2024, Erin returned to the Nativity community part time as the Summer of Service Liaison and Fellowship Community Support Coordinator.
