Leadership Gifts Officer
Nativity School of Worcester seeks an ambitious Leadership Gifts Officer with a passion for education, fundraising, and donor engagement. The LGO is a frontline fundraiser responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individuals with the capacity to make significant philanthropic investments—typically gifts of $1,000 to $100,000. The LGO will also play a key role in donor research, donor engagement events, and other advancement special projects.
Teaching Fellowship

A Teaching Fellow is responsible for leading and co-teaching classes, developing curriculum plans, supporting students’ academic, social, spiritual, and personal growth, managing assigned administrative duties, developing and sustaining relationships with caregivers and families, and immersing into an intentional community life among fellows and the Worcester community. This is an outstanding opportunity for a community-oriented and flexible individual who has a desire to join a successful, mission-driven organization.
5th Grade Teacher
Reporting to the Principal, the 5th Grade Teacher serves as the primary teacher for multiple subjects in the 5th grade. In addition to providing direct classroom instruction, the teacher will work closely with the 5th Grade Lead Teacher to help onboard new students and families. The teacher strives to create an environment where students can achieve to their highest potential, as measured by demonstrable academic and social gains.
