Meredith rejoined the Nativity Worcester community in 2025 as Director of Graduate Support and External Partnerships, returning to a place that has always held a special place in her heart. From 2013–2018, she served on the Nativity team, building lasting relationships with students, alumni, families, and community partners. In her role, Meredith works closely with graduates as they navigate high school, college, and beyond, while also fostering partnerships that strengthen Nativity’s mission. This summer, Meredith graciously accepted a new role as Nativity Worcester’s Interim President for the 2026-2027 school year. With more than 25 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, she brings a deep commitment to supporting students’ long-term success and to ensuring that Nativity remains a community of opportunity, belonging, and growth.
Meredith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education & Social Policy from Northwestern University and a Master of Education from Harvard University. Outside of work, she loves to travel, read, volunteer, and spend time with her husband and their two daughters.
