Erica Adjeman brings a wealth of experience in education, having served in various capacities, contributing to the academic success and holistic development of students. Prior to joining Nativity School, she worked as a high school English teacher, an AVID teacher, an MCAS preparation skills instructor, and a coordinator for alternative programs in secondary education. Erica was part of a committee of educators responsible for designing the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for grades K-12. She has also been involved in many youth support initiatives and has held different positions in local youth mentoring programs. Erica’s unwavering passion is to foster an inclusive and dynamic learning environment, and she is dedicated to creating educational experiences that inspire growth and excellence.
